Our esteemed client, a global product distributor, entrusted us with the task of demolishing their existing warehouse and constructing a new solid steel skeleton warehouse spanning an area of 4,000sqm. Our team executed the demolition using controlled tactics to ensure the safety of personnel and the integrity of the adjacent canal. We also carried out excavation works for foundation, steel erection with new cladding roof, a new underground drainage network, new blockwork walls, a fresh polished concrete slab, and a 3-floor staircase casted out of concrete to reach the office. The project was completed seamlessly, meeting all the client's requirements.
